If you are aged 16-17 and of school leaving age, then we can provide you with the opportunity to complete a vocational training course at Levels 1, 2 and/or 3 in a range of professional and technical areas.
Regardless of your educational achievements, Workforce can provide you with an opportunity to learn. If upon registration you have not achieved a grade C in English, Maths or ICT, at GCSE level, then we will enrol you onto the relevant Essential Skills programme, and this will be embedded into your timetable.
For young people aged 16-24 who are deemed NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), Workforce's ESF funded "Get Connected programme" presents a great opportunity to enhance employment prospects. The programme will enhance your holistic development by improving your resilience, confidence, self-esteem and decision making through skills training. The programme has a proven track record of guiding young people into training, further education and/or employment and ultimately could improve your economic outcomes.
