Vocational qualifications are an excellent route to work and equip learners with the skills employers are looking for. We offer vocational training qualifications from Level 1 to 3 in a range of professional and technical areas.
Our goal is to ensure your son or daughter secures employment within their chosen career on completion of their training. However, should they be interested in further education on achievement of their Level 3 qualification your child will be able to progress to a Higher Education course such as a HND, Higher Level Apprenticeship or Foundation Degree with a Further Education College or University.
Regardless of your son or daughter’s educational achievements, Workforce can provide them with an opportunity to learn. If upon registration they have not achieved a grade C in English, Maths or ICT, at GCSE level, then we will enrol them onto the relevant Essential Skills programme, and this will be embedded into their timetable.
Our vocational teaching staff and employer engagement team offer impartial advice and guidance throughout your son or daughters training to support your child in making the right decision for their future. In addition, each learner will have the opportunity to engage with industry site visits and talks to broaden their horizons, raise aspirations and inform them of all the career options available in their chosen field.
We have a dedicated support team available to all learners. They’re always on hand to help your son or daughter reach their full potential – and help with any difficulties.
