The programme will enhance your holistic development by improving your resilience, confidence, self-esteem and decision making through skills training. The programme has a proven track record of guiding young people into training, further education and/or employment and ultimately could improve your economic outcomes.
For adults currently not in employment, Workforce's ESF part funded "Path 2 Employment programme" presents a great opportunity to re-enter the labour market. There has been a high demand for this innovative programme, which engages, motivates and trains individuals who are unemployed or economically inactive and are seeking employment. Path 2 Employment has developed a network of employers who will provide work experience and employment opportunities for candidates. The programme recruits individuals 18+ from diverse backgrounds including, lone parents, older workers, people with no qualifications, students, people with health conditions, emotional difficulties, and those marginalised through their lack of work history.
